Course
Contents and Booking Details About the Courses: o
Reiki I and II Courses (First and Second Degree) run
throughout the year but I try to schedule at least one each month (depending
on demand of course). I will hold your name on a list until I get at least 2
interested parties and will then arrange a course date with you. If it doesn’t
look like a course will be filled relatively quickly I will arrange a
one-to-one instead. o
Each course includes all core
Western teaching within the Reiki Shiki tradition (ie the method taught by
Hayashi and Takata and also known as Usui Reiki Ryoho). Courses also include key Japanese techniques used
by Usui himself and/or by the Gakkai school in o
Full attunements/empowerments
are included in the classes and are given in both Western and Japanese
styles. o
All courses are certificated and accompanied by very
comprehensive manuals (see below for contents). I also hope to have a CD of
meditations/exercises and laminated “crib” sheets available at some point
during 2007. Full follow-up support/coaching is given following the
completion of the course for as long as it is needed – meaning that I will be
happy to chat to you by email or phone call after the course if you need to
review anything. o
The Reiki 1 course is over 1 full day or can be arranged
to cover 2 adjacent evenings if preferred. The Reiki 2 course spans 2 full
days (usually over a weekend), but again, can be arranged in a different
format if required. o
I like to have at least 2 participants so that each can
practice on the other for the practical exercises, but do not have more than
4 participants per course – this means that I can give personal attention to
everyone. It is also possible to learn on a one-to-one basis if you would
prefer - please contact me to discuss this option. o
All courses take place in my acreage home in o
Plenty of snacks and drinks are included in the price of
the course, but Participants are requested to bring their own packed lunch
per course day. o
I like to send out the course materials to you prior to
the day(s) of the class in order for you to read through them before hand.
This enables us to concentrate more on the practical aspects of the course in
the class and it also gives you an opportunity to prepare any questions you
may have for me. Please note however, I am only able to send out course
materials after a deposit has been provided and processed (in the case of a
personal cheque). o
Certificates will be provided upon successful completion
of the courses. For Reiki I this will be at the end of the class day. For
Reiki II this will be after the specified numbers of case-studies/treatments
have been carried out and submitted to me for assessment/discussion. It is
also required that Students attend all
class time in order to receive their certificates. Booking and Payment: o
To book a course, please email or ring me in the first
instance to discuss date availability and in order for me to answer any
initial questions you may have. My Contact details can be found on the Contact page or here. If you wish to go ahead, I will then require a deposit of $50 to
secure your place. o
The deposit can be paid by post (personal or bank
cheque), cash (drop it by to me) or you can pay the complete course fee in one go via the payment buttons found on
the Course description page(s) (PayPal/Credit
Card). o
Once the deposit/payment has been received (and personal
cheque has been processed) I will send out the course materials to you (if
time allows before the class date). o
If you have not paid by PayPal/Credit
Card, I will require the balance of the course fee to be paid on the day of
the course either by cash or cheque please. Course Contents Please note
